1947 Cadillac LS engine swap

Project Description:

This beautiful burgundy 1947 Cadillac received a full LS conversion with components from our Speed Shop. The owner carried out a good amount of the work, then brought the 47 into our restoration shop for us to finalize the install and make the Caddy run. What an amazing combination of beauty and performance.

Engine Install

We mocked up the engine and transmission with our dummy blocks, then welded in the engine mounts. We then swapped oil pans for proper clearance, and sat the engine in place.
